Pada saat musim kemarau lahan tegalan akan kering dan sulit untuk ditubuhi tanaman pertanian. Dahulu, Indonesia mungkin hanya nasi sisa yang dijemur untuk membuat intip atau rengginang (kerupuk nasi), nasi kering juga bisa digiling untuk membuat tepung beras. |
